Impeller wheel

Welded version with 8 backward curved blades with optimal geometry of flow. In two levels statically and dynamically balanced according to VDI 2060 of high-grade degree Q 6.3.

Suction nozzle

It is manufactured as weldment, appropriately aerodynamically shaped, at special version designed as suction cone.

Shaft

Made of material St 50 or C 45 formed as flexural rigidity bearer. The finish of the shaft by groove with tight spring according to DIN 6885, page 1.

Protective equipment

Base frame

Welded from steel sections, resistant to torsion.

Belt gear

Belt pulleys from grey cast iron, dynamically balanced, with spring collet according to ISA – IT 10.
V-belt is electrically conductive, ageing resistant.

Shaft seal

In compliance with individual requirements or wishes of customer.
Cooling blade wheel.
Aluminium cast iron, in separated version.
